Description

The poppy field I visited last year didn’t grow this year so I made a trip to Carlow to this field. To my delight it was FULL of poppies. It was very mixed weather so I wasn’t sure if there was going to be much of a sunset or not but it cleared up just as the sun was setting and there was about a minute of nice light and colour before it disappeared again.
This is what makes Irish landscape photography so unpredictable but spectacular at times.
